There's midweek Scottish Premiership fixtures this week with ten of the twelve teams in action. At Celtic Park, Brendan Rogers Celtic face John McGlynn's Falkirk with the Hoops seeking to get back to winning ways against the visiting Bairns following two successive league defeats. The current Scotttish Premiership table does not make great reading for Celtic fans. The Hoops still remain in second spot in the table, but have amassed just 17 points from their nine games and are eight behind leaders Hearts. Falkirk are sitting in sixth position in the table with 12 points taken from their nine games.
Celtic have lost three of their last five in all competitions, which makes this a must-win game. They were beaten 2-0 away by Dundee in the league a couple of weeks ago and then followed that with a 2-1 home win over Sturm Graz in the Europa League. However, in the weekend past, they went down 3-1 away to league leaders Hearts.
In contrast, Falkirk's form of late is much more impressive. The Bairns landed a 1-1 draw away to Rangers and then followed that with two very impressive wins. The first a 2-1 away win to freescoring Motherwell and then at the weekend they defeated Dundee 2-1 at home.

The good news for the Celts is they are back at home and taking on a Falkirk team they have not lost against in 18 years.
