The visitors are 7th in the league with two points to make up with the top-six teams, having a game in hand. Celtic have played a game extra than second-placed Rangers and have an eight-point advantage. At least there’s respite in the league as Celtic have won eight of their last nine league matches, drawing the other.

While those numbers paint a positive picture, Aberdeen have to improve their away record where they won just two of the last six trips, drawing two and losing two.
