Second-placed Bristol will be confident of another home league win this weekend. They host Newcastle Falcons who are again bottom of the table and 27 points below them. Can the Falcons cause a shock? Read our match prediction below.
Bristol began the weekend six points behind leaders Bath. Their last two league games have both ended in defeat. One of those was at home, losing 38-0 to Sale Sharks. The reverse fixture between these two clubs saw Bristol win 24-3. Last season, Bristol hammered Exeter 85-14 at home. A closer winning margin is expected this weekend but nonetheless a home win is fully expected.
A closer match is likely this time around but Newcastle are again struggling for form. They have won two league games this season (a couple more than last term) but been beaten eight times.
