Bristol City vs Swansea Prediction & Betting Tips - Championship

Out of form Bristol City take on Welsh neighbours Swansea City in what should be a closely contested battle at Ashton Gate on Sunday. The home side come into this fixture having suffered four one-goal defeats in their last four matches. A run of results which has seen them drop down to 14th in the table. Bristol City boss Liam Manning will be very keen for his team to turn around this somewhat poor run of results, but having lost three of theur last four games at home, and with one win in the last five, it looks likely to be a tough ask for the Robins here. Especially when you consider that Swansea City have been in good away form of late. 

After languishing near the foot of the Championship table for most of the season, better form of late, especially on the road, has seen the Swans climb up the table to 15th. They are now just one point adrift of their hosts and a win here could see them leapfrog up the table to 13th, depending on results elsewhere this weekend. The Swans have won three, lost two and drawn one of their last six games, but have put together a run of three games without defeat in their last trio of matches which included crucial 2-1 wins over Blackburn and Sunderland as well as a 1-1 draw at Watford last weekend.
