Bradford City will hope to collect three points in their bid to top League Two this weekend. Standing in their way are Crewe Alexandra, who are still very much in the playoff picture. Will the Bantams potentially head to the top of the table with a win, or will the Railwaymen confound most predictions to win the match?

The home side Bradford currently lie second in the table with 70 points from 40 games. They are two behind Walsall, and level on points with Port Vale, but with a better goal difference (+18 to +13). Crewe are one spot outside the playoffs in eighth (61 points from 40 games). They are a point behind Grimsby Town in seventh and two ahead of Colchester in ninth.

Heading into this game, neither side has been in especially great form. Bradford have lost three of their last five (W1, D1) and that included a 0-0 draw away to Accrington Stanley last weekend, followed by a 2-0 defeat to Port Vale in midweek which drew Vale level on points with City.

Crewe had gone five games without a win, losing 1-0 at home to Port Vale last weekend but they ended that run in midweek with a 2-0 win over Grimsby Town, which keeps them very much in touch in the playoff race.
