The second leg in the Conference League qualifier playoffs will see Besiktas play host to Dynamo Kyiv on Thursday. The hosts currently lead the tie 3-2. While Besiktas won the first leg on the road, it was a very level match throughout the 90 minutes. They took the lead in the first half but gave up their advantage twice and needed a 94th-minute goal to get the win. With that result, Besiktas maintained a perfect record in this competition of five consecutive wins. The Black Eagles overcame Tirana 5-1 and Neftchi Baku 5-2 in the previous rounds of these qualifiers. Besiktas are unbeaten in seven matches in all competitions this season and have scored two or more goals in five of those games. The hosts are huge favourites to win this match and qualify. 

Despite losing the first leg, Dynamo Kyiv showed enough in that much to suggest that they are not out of the tie just yet. The visitors went toe-to-toe with their opponents and managed more shots at goal and on target than the Turkish outfit. Still, that was their second loss in the space of a week and their third defeat in their last four matches. In the last round of the competition, the visitors were a goal down after the first leg as well and managed to level proceedings in the second leg. They eventually got through on penalties. The Blue and Whites have lost their last two away matches but have scored two or more goals in four of their last six competitive match outings.
