Me and my big mouth. When previewing the Murray quarter final I commented on how he'd failed to get his fans worrying in this tournament. All those straight sets wins were so out of character but then what does he go and do? He gives his fans a nightmare afternoon as he had to go to a fifth set to get past Jo-Wilfried Tsonga. At least he was never behind in the match but it was still a nervous time for the odds on favourite. Now he takes on tenth  Tomas Berdych who has managed to get this far without playing anyone seeded higher than 24th. He also had a tough five setter against unseeded Jiri Vesely in round four. The quarter finals saw a straight set win over number 32 seed Lucas Pouille. Murray leads Berdych 8-6 in their head to head but the Scottish player has won the last four meetings and hasn't lost to Berdych since 2013 but this is their first meeting on grass. Murray could actually have been helped by that battle against Tsonga, I see him getting a win over Berdych but wouldn't be surprised if it took him at least four sets to do so.
