EuroLeague league leaders Kaunas Zalgiris travel to Olympiacos for their next match in the competition. After nine rounds of play, they have the joint best record in Europe and have won one more game than fourth-placed Olympiacos. Below is our prediction for this match. 

Olympiacos have once again compiled a winning streak after winning their last four games across all competitions. Two of the victories in this run have come in Europe, where they have improved to a 6-3 record. 

Georgios Bartzokas’s men outscored visiting Partizan 80-71 last time out in the EuroLeague. Kostas Antetokounmpo, who has been out for three weeks, made his return over the weekend in domestic league action.

Kaunas Zalgiris are also coming into this match in splendid form. The visitors have compiled an even longer streak than their hosts, as they haven’t lost in their last seven outings. 

Four of their victories in this streak have come in Europe, allowing them to ascend to the top of the table with a 7-2 record. Tomas Masiulis’s men, who also top the Lithuanian domestic league, are tied with two other teams for the best record. 

Zalgiris, who were at home in the last three rounds, defeated Valencia 86-77 on matchday nine.
