BC Olympiakos Piraeus made a promising start to the 2025-26 EuroLeague campaign. The Piraeus outfit had no trouble seeing off the threat of Baskonia securing a 102-96 away victory.

The Red-and-Whites got a reality check on matchday two as their meeting against Real Madrid left a bitter taste in their mouth. They were completely outplayed in an 89-77 away defeat, despite Tyler Dorsey leading with a game-high 20 points.

After that result, Georgios Bartzokas' men managed to find solace in the Greek Basketball League. They took out their frustrations on Maroussi by securing a dominant 100-81 victory away from home.

Dubai also went in the same direction as their opponents in this clash. A promising start in the EuroLeague ended in a stumble. 

In their opening match, they beat Partizan 89-76 at home. On matchday two, it was a different story as they were victims of a 103-81 thrashing at the hands of Monaco away from home.

Jurica Golemac's men, however, come into this match high on confidence. Their recent match against Split in the ABA League saw them come out on top in a 92-58 blowout home victory.
