Bahrain welcomes Serbia to the Bahrain National Stadium for this friendly international. The home team are fresh of a very respectable 2-2 draw against Canada in their last match while the visitors beat Norway 2-0 in their last match which was back in September. Bahrain will relish the opportunity to test themselves against a team heading to the World Cup. The home side's last competitive match was in the Asian Cup qualification where they are currently top of their group with three wins in their three matches. Bahrain have failed to win in their last three matches with a draw and two losses. They will be disappointed with the result in the last match against Canada as they conceded an own goal late in the match to share the spoils. Bahrain have only won two of their last six home matches with three losses and a draw.

Serbia will be looking to wrap up their final preparations for the World Cup and will want to dust of any rustiness as they last played over 6 weeks ago. They have enjoyed a golden 12 months in which they qualified for Qatar by winning their qualifying group finishing ahead of the much fancied Portugal team.
