Italy and Austria are coming from away wins and will hope to build up on those when they face off in an international friendly hosted by Austria in Vienna. While Austria saw off Andorra 1-0, Italy were 3-1 winners over Albania in Tirana. With the win over Andorra, Austria brought to an end a run of five winless matches. They have four losses in the last six games and in two of their last four they’ve failed to score. Meanwhile, Austria have conceded two or more goals in three of their last four matches, and have managed just two clean sheets in the last 10 matches. In this game, Austria will be looking to end a run of four winless matches at home.

Italy’s win over Albania was their third straight victory. Roberto Mancini fielded a number of young players in an apparent move to start the transition that’s very much needed at the team.
