The Atlanta Hawks will look to bounce back from their first-leg defeat as they wrap up their two-game series against the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday. The two teams sit neck-and-neck in the Eastern Conference standings, occupying the ninth and 10th positions with 15–15 and 13–15 records, respectively. Can the Hawks revenge their surprise defeat to the Bulls in the first leg? Here is our prediction.

The Atlanta Hawks’ recent dwindling fortunes continued as they suffered another consecutive defeat against the Chicago Bulls in the first leg of this series. Jalen Johnson and Trae Young combined for a game-high 71 points, but it made no difference as the Hawks fell 152–150 to the Bulls. 

They have now suffered three straight defeats and have lost seven of their last nine games. Four of their last five home games have also ended with defeat, including their last two games against the Chicago Bulls. 

The Chicago Bulls recorded their third consecutive win after the shock victory against the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday. That result also marked their fourth win in five games and third consecutive victory on the road.
