Abdelrahman Magdy and Ramadan Sobhi were initially flagged as doubts for Pyramids in the first leg, but both players made the bench, with the latter coming on for the final 10 minutes.
With both players expected to be involved again this week, the hosts have just one confirmed injury absentee in Osama Galal, who has not featured for the club since December.
