Arthur Cazaux vs Tallon Griekspoor Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Australian Open

28th seed Tallon Griekspoor bids to reach the fourth round of a Grand Slam for the first time. To do so he has to get past unseeded Arthur Cazaux in round three. The winner of this match will face either 21st seed Ugo Humbert or Hugo Hurkacz. Griekspoor is in the third round of the hard court Australian Open for the second year in a row. Last year he was unseeded and lost to Stefanos Tsitsipas in the third round. It's not been the easiest of routes for him to get to this stage. Round one saw him have to come from two sets to love down to beat unseeded Roman Safiullin. Round two also produced some problems as he lost the first set to Arthur Fils but won the next three to progress. Griekspoor was in 31st position in the world rankings at the start of this first Grand Slam of the year. Making it to round three has seen him rise to 29th, eight below his career high. This is his first singles tournament of the year. He played in the United Cup team tournament but lost both of his singles matches. 

Arthur Cazaux received a wild card to play in the main draw of this Grand Slam. He's certainly made the most of it with wins over Laslo Djere in five sets and then a four set victory over eighth seed Holger Rune. The Frenchman was a runner-up in the 2020 Australian Open Junior singles but this is his first time in the main draw.  The 21-year-old has played in three main draws in the past (two at Roland Garros) but lost in the first round of all of them. He was ranked 122nd when this tournament began but has moved up to a new caeer high of 101st in the live rankings. That beats his previous best of 101st. Last year saw him reach five Challenger Tour finals, winning two of them.  Griekspoor is the favorite to win this and we believe he can put his experience to good use and do just that.
