Almeria have a tough outing in their opening game of the Spanish La Liga, playing host to defending champions Real Madrid. In each of their past five meetings with Real Madrid, Almeria have suffered heavy losses and they will be hoping to stop the bad run here. Almeria have conceded 24 goals and scored just twice in those five meetings with Real Madrid. They are unbeaten in 10 matches against Almeria, only drawing two of them and of course they have five straight wins over Almeria going into this game. In La Liga action, Real Madrid have six wins in their last 10 matches but they have just four clean sheets in the 10 matches.
