Bottom of the table Almeria face Osasuna on Saturday afternoon (Kick off 3.15pm) hoping to finally record a home win in La Liga in their 15th attempt. It seems incredible that they are yet to record a victory in front of their fans at the Power Horse Stadium, but with eight draws and six defeats in their 14 home games this season, that is the case. In fact, they have won just once this season and that came in their previous game ahead of the International break when they landed a 1-0 win at Las Palmas, Leo Baptistao scoring the goal on 14 minutes. Despite that win, they remain 14 points from safety and it will be a near miracle if they can rescue their season from the position they currently find themselves in.

Osasuna come into this game on the back of two defeats, although they did come against two teams in the top three, a 2-0 defeat away to Girona was followed by a 4-2 home defeat to league leaders Real Madrid just before the international break. Prior to those two tough games, Osasuna had been on a four game run without a defeat, winning three of those games, including an impressive 1-0 away win at Real Sociedad. Los Rojillos have the 9th best away record in La Liga this season and have picked up the same number of points on the road as Atletico Madrid and Real Betis. Their recent away form isn't particularly consistent however, winning just one of their last five, drawing two and losing two, which could make this game against an Almeria side with just one loss in the last five, somewhat tricky.
