A tight second leg looks likely in this La Liga2 promotion play-off. Alaves host Eibar with the scores level at 1-1 from the first leg. The winner of this play-off will take on either Levante or Albacete for a place in La Liga next season. It's likely to be Levante after they won the away first leg of their semi-final 3-1. Alaves finished fourth in the main season, ahead of fifth placed Eibar on head-to-head results. They could have earned automatic promotion if winning their final main season game at Las Palmas. That ended goalless and it was the home side who sealed second spot. The Babazorros took an early lead in the first leg of this play-off semi-final. Eibar leveled the scores in the second half and held on for a draw despite having a player sent off in the 73rd minute. A win at Huesca is their only league victory since March and their only away win in the last five games. Nine of their last 11 matches have seen under 2.5 goals scored in them.
