All is settled in Ligue 1 for Ajaccio and Marseille, with the two sides set to meet in the final week. Hosts Ajaccio are relegated, while Marseille will finish third, to play in the Champions League qualifiers. Ajaccio’s 3-0 loss in their last game against Lens found them already relegated. They’ve suffered three straight defeats and have no win in their last 12 matches. They last won a game in February. That win, 2-1 over Troyes, remains one of two they’ve managed in the last 21 outings. Another major handicap for Ajaccio is that they aren’t so sharp in attack. In their last meeting with Ajaccio, Marseille lost 2-1 at home. While this game has little impact, it will be a good chance at revenge. For Ajaccio, that win was their first in five matches against Marseille. Marseille have won three of the last five meetings with Ajaccio.
