AC Milan can end their frustrating 2024/25 Serie A campaign with a win when they host the already-relegated Monza on the last matchday on Saturday. This match at the San Siro between the ninth-placed Rossoneri and the 20th-placed Biancorossi comes with our prediction of both teams scoring goals.
Milan’s 60 points mean they can at best finish seventh and outside the European qualification spots. Monza have 18 points and are already guaranteed to finish bottom.
A disastrous week where they lost the Coppa Italia final against Bologna and then fell to a 3-1 league defeat at Roma last Sunday meant Milan will miss Europe altogether next season.
All they can hope for is to finish seventh with a win, but with just four wins from their last 11 home league matches, Milan are on shaky ground here.
Monza have long been confirmed of their relegation but are beginning to play with freedom. After a 2-1 win over Udinese, they were beaten 3-1 at home by Empoli, dashing any hopes of consecutive wins.
