PRIZE-DRAW CONTEST RULES — “Member Area Launch”

Article 1 — Organising company

Skores Media SAS, located at 74 rue des Arts, 59000 Lille, France, registered with the Lille Trade and Companies Register, represented by Tony Goncalves, hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”, is organising a free prize-draw contest with no obligation to purchase, hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”.

Article 2 — Duration of the contest

The Contest runs from 22 June 2026 at 00:00 (Paris time) to 1 November 2026 at 23:59 (Paris time), hereinafter referred to as “the Participation Period”.

Any entry received outside this period will be automatically invalid and will not give rise to any random draw.

Article 3 — Conditions of participation

3.1 General conditions

The Contest is open to any natural person who:

• is of legal age under the law of their country of residence and at least 18 years old on the date of participation;
• resides in an authorised country (see Article 3.3);
• holds a valid email address;
• has registered on the SportyTrader platform in accordance with Article 4.

The following persons are excluded from the Contest:

• employees and staff of SportyTrader as well as the members of their household;
• the service providers and partners who took part in the design or organisation of the Contest;
• any person who does not meet the conditions set out in this article.

Participation is strictly limited to one (1) entry per person, per household and per email address. Any attempt at multiple participation will render all the entries concerned null and void.

3.2 Free of charge

The Contest is entirely free and carries no obligation to purchase. Registration on the SportyTrader platform, which is a condition of participation, is itself free of charge.

3.3 Geographic exclusions

Owing to local legal or regulatory constraints, participation is expressly excluded for residents of the following countries: India, Sweden, Brazil, Cuba, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Italy, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Hong Kong, Philippines, Ireland.

Skores Media reserves the right to extend this list on the recommendation of its legal counsel, without notice and at any time during the Contest.

Article 4 — How to take part

4.1 Steps to participate

To take part validly in the Contest, the entrant must:

1. go to the dedicated landing page available at https://www.sportytrader.com/inscription/ during the Participation Period;
2. create a SportyTrader account by providing a valid email address and a password, or via social sign-in (Google, Apple or Facebook);
3. tick the following mandatory, non-pre-ticked boxes: (i) acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use and of the privacy policy, (ii) certification of being at least 18 years old, (iii) having read and accepted these rules;
4. submit the registration form;
5. confirm registration by clicking the validation link sent by email within 48 hours of registration (double opt-in procedure).

Participation is only definitively validated once the double opt-in has been confirmed. At that point, an entry is created in the dedicated draw table, time-stamped and linked to the user ID.

Filing and consultation of the rules

These rules are filed via DepotJeux with the office of Maître Doniol, judicial commissioner (commissaire de justice), located at 7 rue Jean Jaurès, 77410 Claye-Souilly. The rules may be consulted free of charge throughout the duration of the contest at the following address: http://www.depotjeux.com/. Participation in the contest entails the unreserved acceptance of these rules in all their provisions, as well as of the laws and regulations applicable to prize-draw contests in force in France.

The rules may be amended at any time by way of an addendum by the organisers, in compliance with the stated conditions, and published by online announcement on the site. The addendum is filed via DepotJeux with the office of Maître Doniol, judicial commissioner (commissaire de justice), located at 7 rue Jean Jaurès, 77410 Claye-Souilly, custodian of the rules, prior to its publication.

It shall take effect as from its publication online, and any participant shall be deemed to have accepted it by the mere fact of taking part in the contest, as from the effective date of the amendment. Any participant who refuses the amendment(s) made must cease participating in the contest.

4.2 Sworn declaration — Residence

In accordance with the option chosen, each participant declares on their honour that they do not reside in any of the excluded countries listed in Article 3.3, by accepting these contest rules. This acceptance is mandatory and conditions the validity of the participation.

Skores Media reserves the right to ask the participant to provide proof of residence before any prize is awarded.

4.3 Automatic entry into the random draw

Entry into the Contest is automatically integrated into the SportyTrader account registration process. No additional step is required of the participant beyond those described in Article 4.1.

Article 5 — Prize

A single (1) prize is offered: a 500 € (five hundred euros) Amazon gift card, subject to availability and to the terms of use in force on the Amazon platform at the time the prize is awarded.

The prize is strictly personal and non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and may not give rise to any cash equivalent. Skores Media may not be held liable for the use the winner makes of the gift card, nor for the conditions specific to the Amazon platform.

Should it be impossible to deliver the prize provided for (unavailability of the product or service), SportyTrader reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equivalent value.

Article 6 — Designation of the winner

6.1 Random draw mechanism

On the closing date of the Contest, i.e. 1 November 2026 at 23:59 (Paris time), a random draw will be carried out among all the valid entries recorded in the database.

The random draw will be carried out as follows: the draw is performed via a certifiable computer script, with a documented random seed and a time-stamped log that is retained and may be produced on request.

An entry is eligible for the draw only on condition that the double opt-in has been confirmed no later than the closing date and time.

6.2 Notification of the winner

The winner will be notified by email at the address used at registration, within 48 hours of the random draw being carried out.

The winner shall have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the sending of the notification email to respond and claim their prize. After this period, in the absence of a response or claim, the prize will be definitively forfeited and no further draw will be carried out, save where Skores Media decides otherwise.

6.3 Conditions for awarding the prize

Awarding the prize is conditional upon verification of the winner’s identity and of their compliance with the conditions of participation (legal age, residence in an eligible country, uniqueness of the entry). Skores Media reserves the right to request any relevant supporting document (identity document, proof of address).

In the event of a proven false declaration, the prize will be cancelled immediately and a new draw may be carried out at the discretion of Skores Media.

6.4 Publication of the result

The result of the random draw will be communicated to participants as part of the official launch campaign for the SportyTrader Member Area (autumn 2026), by email sent to all registrants.

Article 7 — Protection of personal data (GDPR)

7.1 Data controller

Skores Media SAS, whose registered office is indicated in Article 1, is the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR).

7.2 Data collected and purposes

The processing activities carried out in connection with the Contest are described in the table below:

7.3 Participants’ rights

In accordance with the GDPR, each participant has the following rights over their personal data:

• the right of access, rectification and erasure;
• the right to data portability;
• the right to object to and to restrict processing;
• the right to withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent.

These rights may be exercised by contacting SportyTrader at the following address: request@skores.com, or by post to the registered office address indicated in Article 1, enclosing a copy of an identity document.

In the event of a complaint, the participant may refer the matter to the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés — CNIL), 3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — www.cnil.fr.

7.4 Account deletion

Any participant may request the deletion of their account and their data at any time by accessing the dedicated page on the SportyTrader platform or by contacting support. Effective deletion takes place within 30 calendar days. The data strictly necessary as legal proof of participation in the prize-draw contest (anonymised registration log) is retained for 3 years in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Article 8 — Liability

Skores Media may not be held liable for any malfunction of the internet network, of the servers, or for any event beyond its control that may prevent or disrupt participation in the Contest or the delivery of the prize.

SportyTrader may not be held liable for an entry made in breach of these rules, in particular for a false declaration of residence.

SportyTrader reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend or modify the Contest if circumstances so require, without its liability being engaged.

Article 9 — Governing rules and disputes

These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these rules shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of SportyTrader, following a prior attempt at amicable resolution.

These rules are filed via DepotJeux with the office of Maître Doniol, judicial commissioner (commissaire de justice), located at 7 rue Jean Jaurès, 77410 Claye-Souilly, hereinafter referred to as “the Bailiff”, whose office certifies the date and content of the rules.

The rules may be obtained on simple written request addressed to Skores Media or to the office of the Bailiff.

Article 10 — Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the Contest entails the full and unreserved acceptance of these rules in all their provisions. Any incomplete or non-compliant entry shall be deemed null and void.

Article 11 — Publication and availability

These rules are published and accessible from:

• the dedicated landing page of the Contest;
• the registration confirmation email;
• the welcome email sent to confirmed participants.

SportyTrader reserves the right to amend these rules if necessary, the version in force being the one published online on the date of participation.
