West Ham vs Southampton Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

West Ham are down to 10th in the table but still only six points off the Champions League places. That's not a bad place to be in considering they've gone eight league games without a win. Their last Premier League victory came in October when they beat Chelsea but a couple of wins and they'd still be in with a chance of European football next season. They're actually on a five game unbeaten run but that's because the last five games have all ended in draws. On Boxing Day they gave away a 1-0 lead at Aston Villa but at least they scored after three consecutive 0-0 stalemates. Without Carroll and Lanzini they do look short of goal scorers though it's hoped Carroll will be back for this game. Southampton have also been on a poor run of form but turned everything around with a stunning 4-0 home win over Arsenal on Boxing Day evening. That was needed as they began that game just four points above the relegation zone. Away form isn't great with two consecutive defeats but surely that result must gee them up a bit and I can see them grabbing a draw here.
