Turkey start the game in third place two points behind leaders Croatia and opponents Iceland. They know a home win could take them into the play-offs with their final match being away to fifth placed Finland. Home form has kept Turkey in contention with three wins and a draw including beating top of the table Croatia and only Ukraine have been able to score against them and will be regretting giving away a 2-0 lead.  They are unbeaten in their last 14 home games and will be tough to beat here. Iceland are second in the group and face Kosovo at home in their final game so a win in Turkey would make it odds on they finish in the top two and perhaps even group winners. Away form in this group has seen them win only at bottom of the table Kosovo and they may live to regret a 1-0 defeat in Finland.  Iceland have won four of their last five games but have just one win in their last seven away World Cup qualifiers. The key here is the home advantage that Turkey has and they can use that to get a vital win in  this game.
