RC Toulon are only behind visitors Munster on points difference in Pool 2 of the European Rugby Champions Cup. The French club had a tough time on the road last year but are far more comfortable on home soil. Time for our match prediction.
This is the tightest of the four pools in this competition. With two games to play, just one point separates the six clubs, with the top four going through to the knockout stages. Toulon will hope for another good home win to boost their chances of qualifying.
They began this pool with a 33-20 defeat at Edinburgh but got a win on the board with a 45-34 victory over current pool leaders Bath. After this game against Munster, Toulon end the pool with a trip to Gloucester,
Toulon are fifth in Top 14 and have won all seven of their home games but last week lost 66-0 at Stade Rochelais,
Munster are third and have also had a win and a defeat. They were beaten 40-14 at Bath but bounced back a week later with a 31-3 home victory over Gloucester. The Irish club are sixth in the United Rugby Championship.
Four of their last six matches have been lost.
