The Orlando Magic will welcome the Boston Celtics to the Kia Center in an NBA clash. The Magic are in 12th place in the Eastern Conference table, while the Celtics are in tenth place. Let's head into the match prediction.

After finishing in seventh place with a 41-41 record in the previous season, the Orlando Magic entered the current campaign, aiming to better that record. However, things have not gone according to plan as they are outside the play-in tournament spot after eight games. 

The Magic are 3-5 to begin the season. Their recent outing was a 127-112 away defeat against the Atlanta Hawks. This result ended a two-match winning streak against the Hornets and the Wizards. 

It's worth noting that it was their last match of a daunting five-game road trip. Perhaps a change in scenery could offer some relief. Again, it has not been a good display as they've lost two consecutive matches in front of their home crowd.

The Boston Celtics will be out to capitalise on their opponents' shortcomings at home and record their second win on the bounce. 

The Celtics had a poor start to the current NBA campaign, suffering three consecutive defeats before embarking on a winning spree (W3).

In their recent match, Joe Mazzulla's men returned to winning ways with a dominant 136-107 home victory against the Washington Wizards. That result ended a two-match losing streak.
