Western Conference leaders Oklahoma City Thunder host seventh-placed Golden State Warriors in their 12th NBA game of the season on Wednesday at Paycom Center. The Thunder will look to continue their impressive start to the season with a win against the Warriors. Here is our prediction for that match. 

The Oklahoma City Thunder wouldn't have asked for a stronger start to the NBA this season. An impressive 10-1 record has seen the Oklahoma-based club rise to the summit of the Western Conference. 

They defeated the Memphis Grizzlies 114-100 on Monday for their second consecutive victory after a narrow two-point loss to the Portland Trail Blazers. Moreover, Mark Daigneault’s team have won five of their last six NBA games by double digits and head into Wednesday's matchup with a perfect 4-0 home record this season.

After a strong start to the season, the Golden State Warriors are reeling with a poor run of form. They however bounced back with a 114-83 victory over the Indiana Pacers in their last game. Despite that win, they have lost four of their last six games. 

Notably, Steve Kerr’s side travel to Oklahoma with an ugly-looking 1-5 record in their six road games this season. This includes consecutive defeats in their last five trips, three of which by 10 points or more.
