We'll have an unseeded player in the last eight of the Stockholm Open. That's because in round two of this indoor hard court tournament, Matteo Berrettini faces Dominic Stricker. Here's our match prediction.

Both of these players have had injury problems and are making their way back up the rankings. Matteo Berrettini didn't start playing until May this year and reached the final of a hard court Challenger Tour event in his first tournament back.

He's won three clay court tournaments this year but is also a difficult player to beat on this surface. He's won six of his last eight matches and of his defeats, one was via retirement and the other to Holger Rune. 

Round one of this tournament saw him beat eighth seed Luciano Darderi in straight sets with seven games being dropped. The Italian is up to 41st in the live rankings and will move up a place if winning this match.

Dominic Stricker missed eight months through injury and made a slow start to his comeback. His first match back was in June and he only won one of his first seven matches. They were on other surfaces and his form has improved back on hard courts.

His best run has been on the Challenger Tour with a quarter-final reached. Round one in Stockholm saw him beat Aleksandar Kovacevic in three sets, losing the middle one. That's taken him up to 278th in the live rankings. We tip Berrettini to win this in straight sets.
