Manchester City have played four straight away games since their last big win at home on Boxing Day. Their fans will be pleased that those league and cup games have produced two wins, a draw and just one defeat. That one loss was at Everton though who they play this evening. City have been in great form at home this season with a series of big wins. Since that shock home loss to Liverpool, City have won five home games in a row with 17 goals scored. 11 times this season City have scored two or more goals at home this season and they need to keep that good form going if they are to win the title. The return to fitness of Sergio Aguero is a massive plus for them and bad news for any side who has to face him. Everton had a routine 2-0 home win over League Two strugglers Dagenham & Redbridge in the FA Cup on Saturday and that followed the 2-1 home win over Manchester City in the first leg of their Capital One Cup semi-final. They start this game in 11th place, five points off the top six. Recent league results haven't been great and their defence has been letting in a fair share of goals with eight conceded in the last four league games. Everton have drawn five of their nine away games this season but did lose at Arsenal. I go for City to get a win here to keep up their title challenge.
