Lyon find themselves bottom of Ligue 1 and host Toulouse who are a place above the relegation zone. The home side come into this game having lost their last three league fixtures. That has left them six points from safety and they really need to get something from this game even if only a draw. That at least wouldn't see the gap between them and Toulouse grow any wider. It's been a terrible season so far for L'OL with just one win from their first 14 league fixtures. That was earned in a 1-0 win at Rennes but they have been unable to build on that with three straight defeats. Last weekend saw them lose 3-0 at Marseille, their ninth league loss of the season. Home form has been poor with only tnree points earned from seven league games. Only seven home league goals have been scored and three of the last five have had under 2.5 goals scored in them.

Toulouse will be all out to avoid a defeat here. They know a win could take them further away from the drop zone but might be happy if going home with a draw. They are only above the relegation zone by one point and are also going throughh a bad patch at present. Les Violets have gone seven league games without a win since beating Metz on the first day of October. Their most recent league fixture ended in a 1-1 home draw with Lorient, conceding a late equalizer. On their travels, Le Tef have just the one win from eight games with four losses and just five goals scored. We go for under 2.5 goals to be scored in this match.
