Crvena Zvezda will welcome Monaco next in the EuroLeague, with both teams seeking to return to winning ways after midweek disappointments. With 10 games played, Zvezda have dropped to third in the table, while Monaco are in fifth. Read on for our prediction of this match.

Crvena Zvezda saw a seven-game winning streak in the EuroLeague come to an end in midweek. Travelling to Dubai to take on EuroLeague debutants Dubai Basketball, Zvezda were outscored 102-86.

That was their third loss this season, and Sasa Obradovic’s men will be keen to get right back on the horse in front of home support. Red Star have produced one of the best home records so far in Europe, winning five of six games.

Monaco also suffered a setback on matchday 10. The French giants, who are contesting their second successive fixture in Serbia, lost a close duel against Partizan Belgrade 78-76.

Monaco had arrived in Serbia having won six consecutive fixtures across all competitions. Three of the wins in that stretch had come in Europe, where they have now lost four times.

As they are tied with two other teams on the same record, Monaco will be keen to create separation with a win here. Recent meetings with Red Star haven’t been favorable for La Roca, who have lost the last three battles, including friendlies.
