Juventus started the tournament with a 5-0 demolition of Al Ain before breezing past Wydad 4-1. Although the result on matchday two suggests a comfortable win, Juve were leading by just a single goal until the 69th minute.
Regardless of the manner, the Italians have now won four games in a row and remain unbeaten in their last seven (W5, D2). Extending that with even a draw would do the job for them before the knockouts.

City will look to erase those memories, as they come here with a clean defensive slate. A 2-0 win over Wydad was followed by a more comprehensive 6-0 win over Al Ain on matchday two.

Juventus don’t have further injury concerns from the tournament, which means they are still without Bremer, Juan Cabal, and Arkadiusz Milik. That will leave coach Igor Tudor to select from a near-full strength.
Tudor is likely to continue with his 3-4-3 formation, which actually morphs into 3-4-2-1 with a lone striker. The playmakers Kenan Yildiz and Francisco Conceicao are set to master the two flanks, with Kolo Muani to play as the lone forward.
