The USA beat Australia in the first round of the Davis Cup and now have a potentially tricky tie against Croatia. John Isner has slipped down to 16th in the world after Wimbledon but has been fairly consistent this year with two fourth rounds and a third round appearance in the three Grand Slam events held this year.  Borna Coric is currently the world number 54 so he'll represent a tough task for the big hitting American. Coric reached an ATP final earlier in the year losing to Stan Wawrinka in straight sets.  He won one and lost one as Croatia beat last year's finalists Belgium in the Davis Cup first round tie.  He had to win that decider to clinch the tie for Croatia so he's used to playing under intense pressure. Coric reached the third round at the French Open but lost in the first round in both France and at Wimbledon. Isner is a solid player and won both of his Davis Cup games in the tie against Australia earlier this year. He can get USA another win here.
