We are back at the Toyota Center on Wednesday night for Game 5 of the NBA series between the Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors. The Warriors beat the Rockets in Game 4 to take a 3-1 series lead. Let’s get into the match prediction. 

The Houston Rockets will be kicking themselves after allowing two golden opportunities to level the series slip away, especially in Game 4 when they were neck-and-neck with GSW until the final few minutes.

On Monday, Alperen Sengun and Fred VanVleet combined for 56 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists, but Sengun missed a clutch shot in the final seconds of the match, which cost them the game.

Back on their home court and with the series on the line, Houston will need to get back to what earned them the number two seed in the West - solid defence. They held the Warriors to under 100 points in the two previous games in the series at this venue. 

Meanwhile, the Golden State Warriors will be extremely pleased with the 109-106 win on Monday, and for the first time in the series, it wasn’t Stephen Curry who had to carry the team. 

Jimmy Butler top-scored with 27 points, including several key baskets down the stretch, Brandin Podziemski put up 26 points, and Draymond Green got a massive stop on Sengun at the end. 

The Warriors' Playoff experience is starting to show, and with Butler back, Curry leading, and the likes of Green and Buddy Hield contributing, they are going to be a tough side to beat.
