The Golden State Warriors and the Orlando Magic are set to battle it out at Chase Center in an NBA cross-conference clash. The Warriors are in eighth place in the Western Conference standings, while the Magic are fifth. Here's our match prediction.

The Golden State Warriors come into this match off the back of a 119-116 home victory against the Phoenix Suns. That win couldn't have come at a better time, as it ended a three-match losing streak. 

In that match, Stephen Curry led the team with 28 points, grabbed ten rebounds, and dished out six assists. Curry has averaged 32.5 points in his last four games, a perfect return for the MVP after missing five games due to a thigh injury.

The Warriors are playing in their second match of a three-game homestand. Their current run at the Chase Center has been unconvincing, with three losses in their last five games. 

The Orlando Magic managed to put an end to their two-game losing streak with a hard-fought 128-127 away victory over the Utah Jazz. In that match, Desmond Bane led the team with a game-high 32 points. 

The Magic are playing in their third match of a four-game road trip, aiming to make it two wins on the bounce. That should be easier than done, considering they've lost two consecutive matches in this fixture when playing on the road.
