The group stage of the 2025 Grand Slam of Darts will see Gerwyn Price taking on Ricky Evans on Saturday afternoon. The Iceman and Rapid Ricky are drawn in Group D alongside James Wade and Stefan Bellmont. Let’s get into the match prediction.
Gerwyn Price is set to return to the Grand Slam of Darts this year after failing to qualify for the tournament in 2024, which was the first time he had missed this event in the last decade.
The three-time Grand Slam Champion has won a handful of titles this year, including the Poland Masters, Baltic Sea Darts Open and three Players Championship events.
The Iceman had a disappointing run at the European Championship last month but reached the quarter-final of the PC33 event last week before bowing out to Wessel Nijman.

Rapid Ricky’s most memorable moment of the year was beating Raymond van Barneveld in the first round of the European Darts Trophy. He has not won a televised title in 2025.
Evans lost to Kevin Doets in the third round of PC34 last week and now has a record of seven wins and three defeats in his last 10 matches across all competitions.
