Canadian upshot Gabriel Diallo served one of Roland Garros’ biggest first-round upsets to set up a second-round clash against Tallon Griekspoor. This will be the first meeting between these two, and below we have a prediction for the match.

Diallo saw off world No. 18 Francisco Cerundolo in the first round, dominating the match to a 3-0 win. That marked his first career main draw win at the French Open.

Advancing to the second round in his second appearance here marks his best record at this Grand Slam event.

Griekspoor saw off American Marcos Giron in a grueling four-set match to sail through the first round. For the Dutch No. 1, it was a good recovery after his disappointing defeat at the Bordeaux Challenger earlier.
