The first round of the ATP Winston-Salem at Wake Forest University sees a matchup between Dominik Koepfer and Constant Lestienne. The winner of this contest will go on to face 11th-seeded Daniel Altmaier in the round of 32. His 40.5% winning percentage this year is well below his career winning percentage of 57%. The 105th-ranked ATP player will take confidence from his recent tournament win as well as his improved overall play on hard surfaces. Lestienne sports a career 64% winning mark on outdoor hard courts and a 61% mark on indoor hard courts. He comes into this event riding a five match winning streak and with a 10-9 record on this surface this year.
