Diego Sebastián Schwartzman vs Laslo Djere Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Cordoba

Top seeded Diego Schwartzman has reached the semi-final of the ATP clay court event in Cordoba without dropping a set. He takes on the number four seed Laslo Dere in the last four. Schwartzman is ranked 14th in the world and defeated Albert Ramos Vinolas in the quarter finals. He didn't drop a game in the first set but had to go to a tie-break in the second to clinch his win. The Argentinian reached the last sixteen of the recent Australian Open and is looking to reach his first ATP final since losing to Dominic Thiem in three sets in Vienna. He has had previous success on clay including making it to the last four of the Rome Masters where he lost in three sets to Novak Djokovic. Schwartzman reached the quarter finals of last year's US Open and has previously won a clay court tournament in Rio two years ago.

He takes on Laslo Djere who is ranked 25 places below his opponent. He started this tournament with a straight sets win and then had a tough quarter final against reigning champion Juan Ignacio Lendero. Djere had to come from a set down to win that match and make it to this semi-final. He lost in the first round at the Australian Open and in the last 16 at the Adelaide International tournament. Djere had a poor end to last year losing his first match in the last six tournaments he played. He has had success on clay though, winning the Rio tournament last year and semi-finals appearances in both Budapest and Sao Paulo. This is a tough match for him though and the tip is for a Schwartzman victory.
