In their last match before the Copa America journey starts, Colombia and Bolivia meet in a friendly to get into their groove. This match will be played at the neutral venue of Rentschler Field in East Hartford, Connecticut, on Sunday before embarking on the continental tournament sojourn. Colombia will be in Group D of the tournament, with Brazil, Paraguay, and Costa Rica for company. They started the friendlies with a 5-1 demolition job for the United States, where they started scoring as early as the sixth minute and spread it till the 88th minute. It marked a seventh win in a row for the red-hot side, a streak that started with a 2-1 win over Brazil in the World Cup qualifiers. They are sitting pretty comfortably in third place in the World Cup qualifiers, but the current focus would be on doing well in the Copa America.
Bolivia will look to make a mark of their own, where they are in Group C along with the home team of the United States, and Uruguay together with Panama. Their preparations haven’t been up to par, though, losing both their friends in this month of June. They started with a 1-0 defeat to Mexico and were then brushed aside 3-1 by Ecuador. That made it their ninth defeat across 11 matches, underpinning their efforts in the Copa Americas. More importantly, the Bolivians have conceded three goals in three of their last five matches, and defense remains a concern. Even in the friendlies, they struggled to keep goals to a minimum and have let in nine goals in their last five friendly matches.

Our Colombia vs Bolivia Prediction
Colombia and Bolivia embark on their journey in Copa America in contrasting forms. The Colombians are perhaps one of the best performers in recent games, while Bolivia are downhill, even in the South American World Cup qualifiers. These two are slated to play some tough teams in the Copa America, which means this game could be perfect preparation for that. Colombia are likely to keep scoring, and hence our prediction for Colombia v Bolivia is for over 2.5 goals to be scored.
