Unseeded Brandon Nakashima is attempting to reach the Queen's Club quarter-finals for the second successive year. To do so, he must defeat fellow unseeded player Ignacio Buse. Nakashima is far more experienced than his opponent on grass and our prediction is he will win in straight sets.
The last eight will see the winner here take on either top seed Alex de Minaur or unseeded Denis Shapovalov.
Brandon Nakashima is 35th in the live rankings so still with a bit of work to do if he wants to be seeded at Wimbledon. He is only two places below Buse on that list but will go ahead of him if he can get a win on Wednesday.

Ignacio Buse is making his debut in this tournament. Before this year, he had only played one grass court match and that saw him lose in the first qualifying round of last year's Wimbledon Championships. Good results on other surfaces this year meant he avoided the qualifying rounds here.
Round one saw him take on lucky loser Marcos Giron. Buse lost the first set but won the next two 7-5 7-6.
This is the first time in 2026 he has made it past round one in a non-clay court tournament.
