Australia begin this match in Pool D of the 2019 Rugby World Cup in second place behind Wales who beat them at the weekend. They are three points behind Wales and two ahead of their opponents in this game, Uruguay. They are fully expected to win this match and then defeat Georgia to confirm their place in the quarter finals where they could end up playing England. They only lost to Wales by four points, earning themselves a bonus point. Australia have only ever played Uruguay on one previous occasion. That was in the pool stages of the last world cup when beating them 65-3. They have been blowing hot and cold this year with some notable wins but also some poor performances.
Uruguay have progressed since then though. They lost all four matches in 2015 but have already beaten Fiji 30-27 in this pool. While they aren't good enough to beat Australia, they will have their eyes on not finishing bottom of the group. The handicap mark of 60 looks a tad too high and the tip here is to go for Uruguay to beat Australia with that 60 point start.
