After losing their first game in the Super Eight, the United States and the West Indies are set to face off in a do-or-die battle at the Kensington Oval in Barbados.
This will be the first meeting between these sides in the shortest format, and the West Indies enter the contest as the favourites.

United States - West Indies Squad Analysis
Andries Gous has burst onto the scene at this tournament and is now in second place in the leading run-scorer standings with 182 in four innings. He has a strike rate of 146.77 and is averaging 60.66.
While their batting lineup has impressed, the US will need a lot more from their bowlers to remain competitive in these final couple of matches in the Super Eight.
Jasdeep Singh and Ali Khan both conceded over 10 runs per over against the Proteas and part-timer Corey Anderson went for 17 in his one over.
Rovman Powell continued with Akeal Hosein with the new ball against England, and it will be interesting to see if he continues with that tactic given that the spinner came away from the match wicketless.
Romario Shepherd went for over 20 runs per over last time out, which could see him drop to the bench for this match, potentially for all-rounder Obed McCoy.

The United States comes into this match following a defeat to South Africa in their first-ever Super Eight match at a T20 World Cup.
Despite the loss, the US held their own, showing once again that they are a team to keep an eye on in the future.
Bowling first, the US were set a target of 194/4 by the Proteas, with Saurabh Netravalkar and Harmeet Singh both putting in solid performances, bagging two wickets each in their four-over allotment.
In response, team USA scored 176/6, coming up just 18 runs shy of their target. Andries Gous headlined the American's batting performance, scoring a tournament-high 80* in just 47 balls against a very good South African bowling attack.
The West Indies, on the other hand, suffered their first defeat of the tournament in their last match against England.
Sent in to bat by the Three Lions, the Windies posted a defendable 180/4 in 20 overs with Nicholas Pooran once again starring for the side after his incredible innings against Afghanistan last time out.
However, the Windies bowlers struggled on the batter-friendly wicket in St. Lucia, as they only managed to take two wickets through Roston Chase and Andre Russell.
Nevertheless, there was still plenty of positives to take from that performance. Additionally, that defeat remains the only one that the West Indies have conceded in their last ten T20 internationals, dating back to February this year.
