South Africa could consolidate their position in the top four of the 2025 ICC Women’s World Cup standings as they take on Sri Lanka on Friday. This match, #18 in Colombo between the third-placed Proteas and the seventh-placed Lankans, comes with our prediction of a win for South Africa.
Sri Lanka have two points (L2, NR2) and are two points outside the top four spots despite being winless in this campaign. South Africa have six points (W3, L1) and are one point behind leaders Australia, although England could change the equation depending on their result against Pakistan on Wednesday.
