South Africa rose from their opening day scare to put their COSAFA Cup campaign back on track on matchday two. They will be up against Mauritius in the final Group A match, starting the round in second place and Mauritius in third. We have a prediction for the match below.

South Africa are coming from a solid and assuring performance against Zimbabwe, winning 2-0 in their second group game. This was some recovery, as they had lost 1-0 to Mozambique in the opening exchanges.

Having posted six wins in their last 10 outings now, Bafana Bafana will be positive of closing Group A with a win.

Mauritius haven't lost at the 2025 COSAFA Cup but are also winless thus far. While defensively they are working perfectly, the attack has failed to deliver the goods. As such, they come here having also not scored a goal.

Coach Moullec Guillaume will hope for a change, at least in attack. Midfielder Jean-Pascal Colin was sent off in the last game as they played out a 0-0 draw with Mozambique.

They are now winless in seven matches; their only victory in 14 games was in June last year. Heading into this game, they are not only without a win against South Africa but have also never scored in this fixture.
