We'll have an unseeded player in the third round at Roland Garros. Unseeded Jaqueline Cristian faces qualifier Sara Bejlek for a place in the last 32 of this outdoor clay court tournament. Here's our match prediction.

Cristian is the form player having made it to the final in Rabat last weekend. The Romanian won four matches in straight sets before being beaten by Maya Joint in the final. Her good form has continued in Paris with a straight sets win over Kimberly Birrell in round one losing just a single game.

The victory was the first Cristian has ever had in the Roland Garros main draw. That win has taken the 26-year-old to a career-high 53rd in the live rankings. 

For the winner of this match, there's a third round tie against either defending champion Iga Swiatek or unseeded Emma Raducanu.

19-year-old Sara Bejlek had to come through the qualifying rounds and won her three matches for the loss of only one set.

A shock was then caused when beating  26th seed Marta Kostyuk in straight sets. That's taken her into the second round here for the first time and up to 146th in the live rankings but still below her career-high of 114th.
