The Paycom Center will be bouncing on Sunday for Game 7 of the NBA Playoff series between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Denver Nuggets. The Nuggets beat the Thunder on Friday to level the series 3-3. Let’s get into the match prediction. 

After a historic regular season, the Oklahoma City Thunder entered this series as favourites, but they’ve just not been able to shake the pesky Nuggets and now have to get the job done in Game 7. 

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been incredible this series and produced another 32-point haul on Friday. Chet Holmgren added 19 points, but Jalen Williams shot a dismal 3 of 16 for six points. 

As a team, OKC's shooting was subpar, going 11 of 40 from beyond the arc, while converting 10 of 16 from the free-throw line compared to Denver’s 27 of 32.

Meanwhile, the Denver Nuggets again proved they can never be completely counted out when Nikola Jokic is around. He led the team with 29 points, 14 rebounds, and eight assists. 

However, the key was that the Joker got the support he needed, with Jamal Murray putting up 25 points and Christian Braun adding 23. Westbrook and Strawther also made important contributions off the bench. 

Murray was reportedly playing through illness, and Aaron Gordon had an off night, but the Nuggets’ defence was excellent and will need to be again in this one.
