Leeds vs Rotherham Prediction & Betting Tips - Championship

Leeds United host Rotherham United who are bottom of the Championship. United start the weekend in third place, a point behind second placed Southampton but having played a game more. The Whites look certain to be at least in the promotion play-offs as they are 16 points above seventh position in the table. United are the only side in the Championship this season yet to lose a home game. 11 of their 15 home league fixtures have been won. They started the season with three home draws but since then have won 11 and drawn one of their last 12 league games at Elland Road.  Their last five matches in the Championship have all ended in victory. They'd be in the top two but for their slow start and a poor run of form in December. Their most recent league game saw them win 1-0 at Bristol City. In midweek they beat Plymouth Argyle in the FA Cup.

Rotherham United look to be on their way back to League One. They prop up the table and are 12 points from safety. That's virtually 13 because of their appalling goal difference of -29. 54 league goals have been conceded this season in their 29 games and that's the worst defensive record in the Championship. Only three league games have been won by them with 16 defeats. 25 goals have been scored and only Sheffield Wednesday have scored less. Last weekend saw them lose 2-0 at home to Southampton. While Leeds haven't lost at home, Rotherham are yet to win an away league game with only four points from 14 matches. We tip Leeds to win this game and be ahead at both half and full time.
