Tottenham Hotspur travel to Austria this week for a Group J meeting with LASK in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday night. The visitors are top of the table with nine points from four matches. However, they don't have much breathing room up there with second-placed Antwerp only behind on goal difference and LASK three points away in third. Spurs, unbeaten in their previous six matches in all competitions, made light work of LASK in their reverse fixture earlier in the campaign. Jose Mourinho rotated his starting line-up, with Kane, Son, and Lloris among the players to start on the bench, yet the home side still cruised to a 3-0 win. The competitiveness of this group may put pressure on Mourinho to include a few of his more prominent stars in this fixture. Spurs have an abysmal record away from home in the UEL in recent seasons, failing to win eight of their last 12 games, a run that dates back to 2014. After opening the season with a bunch of erratic contests on the road, delivering bizarre scorelines like their 6-1 win at Old Trafford, goals have dried up in Spurs' recent away outings with four of the last five featuring fewer than two goals.

LASK, second in the Austrian Bundesliga behind Salzburg, were unable to win two of their last three matches in all competitions. Their most recent Europa League contest saw them a suffer a 2-0 home defeat to Antwerp. It is the only blot on their home copybook in recent months as they have won eight of their last nine games at the Linzer Stadion in all competitions. Spurs are much stronger than their usual opponents though. We foresee Mourinho's side taking the lead and then taking it easy. Back Tottenham to win with a clean sheet.
