Dundee United will make the 200-yard trek to Dens Park to face local rivals Dundee in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday afternoon. The Dark Blues and the Terrors are separated by just a single point and are in eighth and 10th place, respectively. Let’s get into the match prediction. 

Dundee will be hoping to return to the top half of the table this season after finishing as the first side above the two teams that suffered the drop from the top flight last term. 

However, the Dark Blues are still in search of their first win of the campaign, having lost their opening game before playing out consecutive draws against Rangers and Kilmarnock.

Meanwhile, the 2024-25 season was a dream one for Dundee United, as they did not just survive their first campaign back in the top flight, but also finished in fourth place.
