Cameron Norrie vs Tomas Martin Etcheverry Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Barcelona

Csmeron Norrie is seeded 12th for the outdoor clay court Barcelona Open. He's through to the quarter-finals for the third time and faces Tomas Martin Etcheverry who is seeded one place below him. Norrie beat the wild card Roberto Bautista Agut in the last round winning that match in straight sets for the loss of seven games. That was easier than his match in the second round where he was one-set all with Harold Mayot before his opponent retired. The British number one is up to 30th in the live rankings so on course still for a seeding at Roland Garros. A win here will take him into his second clay court semi-final having got to that stage in Rio. He won his only previous match against Etcheverry. That was played last year on clay with Norrie losing the first set but only dropping three games in the next two.

Tomas Martin Etcheverry had a far tougher match than Norrie in the third round of this ATP 500 tournament. He took on unseeded Brandon Nakashima but lost the first set to the American. He won the second on a tie-break and then clinched the deciding one 6-4. That win took the Argentinian to 27th in the live rankings. Norrie will go above him if he beats him in this match. Etcheverry is in his fourth clay court quarter-final of the year. Only in Houston did he manage to make it to the last four.
