Australia have had two convincing wins so far in this tournament and have a points difference of 59 points. They lead the group by two points from Nigeria and a win here over Turkey will take them straight into the quarter finals. That's the most likely result here as Australia have won their last nine matches and haven't lost since July of last year when losing by a solitary point to Japan. Their last meeting with Turkey was earlier this month with the Australians winning by 17 points and they have every right to be confident to get a win here and top the group.

Turkey aren't in such a strong position in this group and are third with one game to go. They had a comfortable win over Argentina in their opening fixture winning by 26 points in a low-scoring 63-37 victory. Sunday nigt saw them take on Nigeria who had got to within 18 points of the Australians in their opening match. It was the Africans who got the surprise win beating Turkey 74-68. The Turks were eight points up after the first quarter but failed to win any of the next two  including losing the third by 13 points and found themselves ten points down with just the final quarter to come. They won that but only by four points and go into this game with three points. A win over Australia doesn't look at all likely but they can't finish bottom of the group so a place in the knock-out stages is guaranteed. Go for Australia to get the win in this match.
